 How to Purchase PulseWorx Products
The PulseWorx™
Product Line was designed and intended for sale and installation
through Authorized Dealers, Certified
Integrators and Authorized
E-Tailers, who in turn purchase our products from Authorized
Wholesale Distributors only.
To
ensure our customers obtain the best possible lighting control
system, each of our Authorized Distributors, Certified Integrators
and E-Tailers have taken the time to be trained on the proper
design, installation and programming of our products and will
stand behind a PulseWorx System for the full 5 years of our
warranty.
Certified Integrators have completed the necessary courses
and/or classes, which equips them at an elite level of complete
understanding of our products, programming, features, technology
and customer needs.
While PCS reserves the right to appoint very few select (and
qualified) Authorized E-tailers, we feel it is important to
protect our Distributors, Certified Integrators, Authorized
Dealers and ultimately the consumer. Purchasing products from
an unauthorized Dealer or any unauthorized online E-tailer
shall void the warranty on the applicable product.
