PulseWorx devices are compatible with most UPB-enabled whole house controllers.  In order to utilize the more advanced features of the PulseWorx system, we offer UPStart - a powerful UPB Setup & Configuration program.

UPStart Setup Software

The UPStart Setup Software is a powerful Windows® software application that is used to unlock all of the advanced features of your PulseWorx Lighting Control System and all compatible Universal Powerline Bus
(UPB™) devices.

UPStart is used to configure all of your PulseWorx devices – assign them a unique ID and name, enable/disable features and options, link them together, etc.  UPStart will enable you to configure your lighting system with over 250 scenes. A single push of a button can activate any group of lights (or control points) simultaneously!

UPStart is also used to test the devices and the powerline communication.  Perform Device Functional Testing.  Test your entire system with communication reports between devices, transmitters and receivers.  All over the existing house electrical wiring from your laptop computer.

Save all of your device configuration information to a file for easy backup and for restoring configurations.

In order to run UPStart in the “online” mode a Powerline Interface Module (model PIM-R or PIM-U) needs to be connected to your PC or laptop.
