TouchScreen Timer (TST)
The TST TouchScreen Timer is a cost effective full featured color 3.6 inch ¼ VGA touch panel controller which is designed to allow a user to control PulseWorx UPB devices by just plugging it into a PIM-R Powerline Interface. Scenes or individually control is handled thru this elegant wide viewing angle customizable 3.6 inch ¼ VGA TFT touch-responsive LCD display over the existing power wiring.
You can control 250 individual lights or trigger custom scenes and even regulate 99 scheduled events from one central place within 50 feet of an available electrical outlet.
The TST with exceptional brightness and high contras is available in two versions, one mounting in a standard 2 gang electrical box and an elegant black a table top enclosure.

An IR remote option is available allowing control of scenes via a handheld IR remote control.
 By using the TouchUP Graphical User Interface (GUI) Software, this will enable you to create up to 99 schedules which will automatically control any UPB device or link at pre-set times and/or days. Timed Events may be specified as absolute times or as times relative plus or minus to dusk or dawn. The unit is self contained and battery backed up in case of power failure to protect the astronomical settings for over 24 hours.
By importing your existing UPStart configuration file into the TouchUP software, you can save time, manage Room, Module, Scene and Schedule Buttons to create your own personal display. Status indication of intensity and activation are standard features.
The TSTPA power adaptor makes for easy installation to the PIM-R RS232 Powerline Interface and 12 VDC 170 ma power supply to the TST TouchScreen.
The TST TouchScreen Timer is designed to be an integral part of PCS's UPB™ Lighting Control System and it is also compatible with many other lighting control systems.
Operation
Once installed and configured your TST Touch Screen Timer will operate on the stored configuration settings without need of further user intervention. The TST will automatically adjust for Daylight Saving Time (DST) and changes in dawn/dusk times.
UPB Device Triggers
The TST Touch Screen Timers are high quality home automation controllers that are capable of transmitting UPB (Universal Powerline Bus) digital commands (via an attached PIM-R) over the existing power wiring to remotely turn on and off UPB devices at the press of a button or at preset times and days. The TST can be freely located anywhere within 50 feet where conventional 120VAC 60Hz electricity is available.
Easy To Configure
Configuration of the TST Touch Screen Timer is done with the TouchUP software on a Windows® computer. TouchUP is an intuitive software application which allows you to easily configure using a Graphical User Interface (GUI).
Use TouchUP to create Room Buttons, Module Buttons, Scene Buttons, and Schedule Buttons which will be displayed on your Touch Screen Timer. TouchUP is used to create schedules which will automatically control any UPB device or group of UPB devices at pre-set times and days. Timed Events may be specified as absolute times or as times relative to dawn and dusk.
Once your design is complete, it is downloaded into your TST using TouchUP via a standard mini-USB cable. The TouchUP software and User’s Manual are available to download on the Support page at www.PulseWorx.com.
